Information you give us

When you make a booking or contact us, we may process your name, contact details, messages, booking details, payment status, and information needed for your stay. Payment details are handled by the payment provider shown in the booking flow; we do not need to receive complete card details.

Optional website analytics

If you select “Allow analytics”, we use Plausible and Yesward to understand which pages and interactions help or hinder a booking. Yesward receives page paths, broad interaction signals, and a random page ID that remains in browser memory for the current page view. Events do not include names, email addresses, form fields, or the page query string. Yesward is in shadow mode, so it does not show visitors messages or offers.

This analytics processing is based on your consent. You can decline without losing site features and change your choice at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer. Our cookie policy explains the technologies in more detail.

Why we use information

We use booking and contact details to answer enquiries, enter into and perform booking agreements, administer stays, handle payments, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the situation, the legal basis is taking steps before or performing a contract, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in responding to and managing your enquiry. Optional website analytics relies on consent.

Service providers and recipients

We do not sell personal data. Necessary information may be processed by Lodgify, a payment provider, property and operations partners, and suppliers that help us run the website. For optional analytics, we use Plausible and Yesward, which runs on Cloudflare. We may also disclose information to a public authority where the law requires it.

How long we keep information

Booking and financial records are retained as needed for contracts, claims, accounting, and other legal requirements. Contact information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. Yesward raw events are deleted automatically after 90 days, while aggregated analytics data is retained for three months. Your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser for no more than 180 days.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or data portability and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact us at the address above.
