Large groups and multigenerational stays
Few places on the peninsula sleep more than six — we have two that sleep ten and twelve. Villa Falsterbo takes ten, with a hot tub, a garden and its own playroom for the children. The Beach House takes twelve and is effectively two complete apartments booked together: each with its own kitchen and bathroom — grandparents, teenagers and a toddler family under one roof without getting on each other's nerves.
Need room for even more? The two houses are only a few minutes' walk apart, so a really large party can split across two addresses and still have breakfast together. Frequently asked questions about staying in Skanör-Falsterbo
Is there free parking?
Yes, every one of our homes has free private parking. It makes it easy to arrive by car and to explore the peninsula during your stay.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately we’re not able to welcome pets at any of our homes. Several of our guests have allergies, so all our properties are kept completely pet-free.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 10:00–11:00 AM depending on the home. Most homes have self check-in via a code lock. Need different times? Just ask and we will do our best.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund 15–29 days before, and no refund closer than 15 days. The terms are stated clearly in your confirmation.
How far is it to the beach?
All our homes are within walking distance of the beach — usually 5–10 minutes. Falsterbo and Skanör have some of Sweden's finest sandy beaches, with shallow, child-friendly water.
How do I book direct?
