What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We offer self check-in with a key box, so you can arrive at your convenience after 15:00.
Is parking available?
Yes, all our properties include free parking. Each apartment has at least one dedicated parking spot. Details are provided in your booking confirmation.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, all apartments have fast and free WiFi. The network name and password are displayed in the welcome guide inside the apartment.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately we’re not able to welcome pets at any of our homes. Several of our guests have allergies, so all our properties are kept completely pet-free.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel 30 days or more before arrival, 50% of what you have paid is refunded. Closer to arrival, no refund is given. This applies to all our homes. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
You pay securely through Stripe by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: 50% when you book and the rest 28 days before arrival. If you book closer to arrival, you pay the full amount at once.
What is included in the apartment?
All apartments come fully equipped with bed linens, towels, kitchen essentials (pots, pans, cutlery, coffee maker), toiletries, and a welcome guide. Beach towels and bikes may also be available on request.
How do I get to Falsterbo?
Falsterbo is located at the southwestern tip of Sweden, about 30 minutes from Malmo. By car, follow the E6 south and exit toward Vellinge/Skanor-Falsterbo. There is also a bus connection: line 300 runs from Malmö Hyllie to Falsterbo in about 40 minutes. The nearest international airport is Copenhagen (CPH), about 35 minutes away by car.
How far is the beach?
All our properties are within walking distance of the beach — the closest is just 2 minutes on foot. Falsterbo has some of the finest sandy beaches in Scandinavia, stretching for kilometres.
Where can I buy groceries?
There is an ICA supermarket in Skanor (5 minutes by car) and a smaller Tempo in Falsterbo village. During summer, there are also farm shops and a weekly market in Skanor.
Is there a minimum stay?
During high season (June to August), the minimum stay is 5 nights. The rest of the year, the minimum stay is 2 nights. For long stays (30+ nights) we offer discounted rates.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, early check-in and late check-out can be arranged when there is no same-day turnover. Just ask us when booking or at least 48 hours before arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you, free of charge.
Are there hotels in Skanör-Falsterbo?
Options are limited: Hotel Gässlingen in Skanör and B&B Villa Olympia in Falsterbo are the only traditional alternatives — both small and often fully booked during high season. Most visitors choose holiday apartments, guesthouses or villas instead, offering more space, your own kitchen and a home-away-from-home feel. FalsterboStay offers five homes — two fully equipped apartments, a guesthouse, a luxury villa and a spacious beach house — all near the beach with free parking.
