Very nice flat near beach. As we stayed in early March we did not use outside facilities, but it was warm and cozy inside.

Alexander’s place is very nicely and stylishly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beach is within easy walking distance and the area is lovely. Alexander answered questions quickly and was helpful. We felt very much at home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment — it was perfect for four adults thanks to the two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cookware we needed, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing and cozy vacation. The area is very quiet, and the beach is just a short walk away. There’s a small grocery store about 8 minutes on foot, and a larger one only 4 minutes away by car. We also loved the restaurant at the marina (Skanör Småbåtshamn) — definitely worth a visit!

This was just what we wanted ~ a quiet, peaceful break at the beach in a comfortable, inviting setting. The apartment was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was lovely. We loved the easy beach access. We did not have a car so it was nice to be close to two bus stops...though we ended up walking every where, to really enjoy the setting.

A really lovely stay in Falsterbo. A Swedish summer just as you imagine it. It’s a short walk to the swimming beach with its jetty and to the harbour. Great cafés and restaurants nearby … everything very idyllic, quiet and simply beautiful …

The place was just as nice and fresh as in the photos. A very quiet area, easy to get around Skanör-Falsterbo, and the lovely sandy beach is within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can cook and enjoy your meals on the balcony. I’ll definitely book again when I come to Falsterbo. Alexander’s and Yelena’s place was great! We were looking for a private and calm place during Midsummer weekend and we definitely found it! Private patio, beautifully with small trees and lavender plants. Perfect! Clean, easy to check-in/check-out. If anything, just a message away. Got great recommendations on where to go and that did not disappoint. I’d come back for sure! Highly recommend their place! Thank you Alexander and Yelena!

We had a great time here in Falsterbo with Alexander and Yelena. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and the wind was perfect for kitesurfing. We extended our stay because we liked it so much. Alexander and Yelena were always reachable and incredibly helpful. The guest house was clean and cosy, and you have your privacy. The bus stop is only 3 minutes away. Thank you so much for everything. ✨️

Hello, many thanks to Alexander for his support during our stay, especially his quick replies. With our toddler we felt right at home in the apartment; everything was spotless and perfectly furnished. Everything you need was there. Alexander is also very helpful and open: for example, we got the bridge crossing to Copenhagen from him at a very good price. Thank you, we’d love to come back :)

Everything went well and the studio matched the description and pictures :) It was just missing basic kitchen stuff like oil and salt but otherwise all good!

I had a wonderful stay at Alexander’s place. The guesthouse is super cosy, very calm. Super close to the beach and the great Photography Museum in Falsterbo. The bus stop is really close which means easy access to Skanör, Malmö and other places. Would definitely stay there again if I come back to the area which is really beautiful.

The place was lovely to stay in and exactly as described. What stood out most was the host, his friendliness and how quickly he responded. It made us feel very much at home. Perfect for exploring quiet, beautiful Falsterbo for a few days.

A lovely, modern apartment with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. The kitchen has the essentials; for a three-course dinner you’re better off at a restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's beautiful home! He is a great host and was always responsive and helpful — we enjoyed his list of recommendations very much. We stayed in Falsterbo for just over a week and it was the perfect escape from city life — our toddler really enjoyed visiting the nearby beaches and horse stables.

I only meant to stay one night to break up my long drive from Norway to Munich and would gladly have stayed longer. The location is wonderful. Falsterbo is a great destination for golfers. And if you’re out all day, this small, simply furnished place is perfect. The furnishings are extremely functional and modern. The phone charging station is a plus. The small portable heater is a must in the winter months: not for those who feel the cold! Who needs TV with that internet connection! The kitchen is limited to the bare essentials, which travellers should bear in mind. The communication and friendly welcome are exemplary and worth six stars!

Very tastefully and simply furnished. The location is superb and the hosts very friendly. They even arranged a dog bed for our dog. There’s also a Nespresso machine. The neighbourhood is stunning and being so close to the beach is great too. Any time again!!!

Location, location, location! Three minutes away you can rent bikes to get around! Close to everything! Clean and fresh! Nothing negative to say at all!

We had a wonderful time staying at Alex's place in Falsterbo. The house has been recently re-done and is extremely well set up. The location is great to walk to the beach in 5 mins. Definitely the perfect option for guests with young families.

Alex’s place is really stylish, clean and has everything you need for a lovely stay. It’s not far from Falsterbo’s dreamy beach. Alex is a very friendly and helpful host. Thanks to his tip we ended up at the best pizza restaurant in the world.

The place was stylishly furnished with everything you need. It was very clean. The house is also very well located for the beach (about a five-minute walk). Check-in was easy and our host explained everything well. We highly recommend it.

A really lovely place! Alexander is quick and friendly. We made a spontaneous detour here and hadn’t packed bed linen, but he sorted it out for us quickly, even though we booked only an hour or so before check-in. Well-equipped kitchen and a big bed.
