Very nice flat near beach. As we stayed in early March we did not use outside facilities, but it was warm and cozy inside.

About this property
The Beach House is a unique concept: two individually designed 72 sqm apartments combined into a single booking for larger groups. Each side has its own kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms — giving you the privacy of two separate homes with the convenience of being under the same roof. Perfect for extended families, friend groups or multi-generational holidays where everyone wants to be close but still have their own space.
The two apartments are Strandloftet (the loft apartment with sloped ceilings and a sleeping alcove) and Kustlägenheten (the coastal flat with beach-inspired design) — both upstairs, one on each side of the house, and also available separately for smaller groups. When booked as the Beach House, you get the entire floor: five bedrooms sleeping up to twelve, two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, a balcony with evening sun and a patio with BBQ.
Located on Vårhaga Gränd in Falsterbo, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and Falsterbo Golf Club. Free parking for two cars is included. Towels and cotton bed linen are always provided.

Die Unterkunft von Alexander ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. <br/>Der Strand ist zu gut Fuß erreichbar und die Gegend ist sehr schön. <br/>Alexander hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und war hilfsbereit.<br/>Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment — it was perfect for four adults thanks to the two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cookware we needed, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing and cozy vacation.<br/>The area is very quiet, and the beach is just a short walk away. There’s a small grocery store about 8 minutes on foot, and a larger one only 4 minutes away by car. We also loved the restaurant at the marina (Skanör Småbåtshamn) — definitely worth a visit!

Boendet var lika fint och fräscht som på bilderna. Väldigt lugnt område och enkelt att ta sig runt i Skanör-Falsterbo och den fina sandstranden ligger gångavstånd. Köket är välrustat så man kan laga mat och njuta av måltiderna på balkongen. Ska säkert boka igen om ska komma till Falsterbo. Tack Alex för dina informativa meddelande och snabba svar!

Fin lägenhet som är fräscht och fint möblerad. Gångavstånd till strand, restaurang och Ica nära. Allt var toppen men hade varit trevligt med utomhusmöbler på uteplatsen och kanske en liten grill. Kommer gärna tillbaka!
