Terms & Conditions

Booking Process
A booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit payment and sent a written confirmation via email. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and will be the main point of contact for the stay.
Payment
You pay securely through Stripe by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. At booking you pay 50% of the total amount, and the remaining 50% is due 28 days before arrival. If you book 28 days or less before arrival, the full amount is due at booking. All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
Cancellation
If you cancel 30 days or more before arrival, 50% of the amount you have paid is refunded. If you cancel closer to arrival than that, no refund is given. These terms apply to all our homes. All cancellations must be made in writing by email to [email protected]. We recommend travel insurance.
House Rules
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Smoking is not permitted inside any of our apartments. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00. The maximum number of guests must not exceed the stated capacity of the property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Liability
FalsterboStay is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during a guest's stay, except where caused by our negligence. We recommend that all guests have valid travel insurance. In the event of a force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions), we will offer rebooking or a credit note for the full amount.
Swedish Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from a booking shall be resolved in the Swedish courts. For consumer disputes, you may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
