Booking Process
A booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit payment and sent a written confirmation via email. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and will be the main point of contact for the stay.
Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before check-in. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately. All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
Cancellation
Free cancellation with a full refund is available up to 30 days before check-in. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
House Rules
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Smoking is not permitted inside any of our apartments. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00. The maximum number of guests must not exceed the stated capacity of the property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Liability
FalsterboStay is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during a guest's stay, except where caused by our negligence. We recommend that all guests have valid travel insurance. In the event of a force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions), we will offer rebooking or a credit note for the full amount.
Swedish Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from a booking shall be resolved in the Swedish courts. For consumer disputes, you may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
