About this property
One of Falsterbo's few real apartments — 72 bright square metres with two bedrooms and room for six. The flat has a distinct coastal atmosphere with natural materials, artwork and a relaxed Scandinavian style that makes you feel at home right away.
The open living room invites you to unwind, while the kitchen has everything you need to cook with local ingredients — induction hob, oven, dishwasher and even a coffee station with proper good coffee. The patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture is perfect for summer evenings.
Falsterbo Golf Club is just around the corner, the beach is a short walk away, and charming Skanör with shops and restaurants is right nearby. Malmö 30 min by car, Copenhagen 60 min.

The apartment was really nice and exactly what we thought it was going to be. The location is lovely and would highly recommend for a weekend trip. Definitely would stay again!

We had a great stay at Alexander’s place! The location is great - easy walk to the beach. He was very communicative and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Fin lägenhet som är fräscht och fint möblerad. Gångavstånd till strand, restaurang och Ica nära. Allt var toppen men hade varit trevligt med utomhusmöbler på uteplatsen och kanske en liten grill. Kommer gärna tillbaka!
