Very nice flat near beach. As we stayed in early March we did not use outside facilities, but it was warm and cozy inside.

About this property
One of Falsterbo's few real apartments — 72 bright square metres with two bedrooms, a snug sleeping alcove and room for six. Unlike most stays in the area, which are often small guest cabins or large villas, this is a private, spacious and peaceful base just a short walk from the beach and Falsterbo town.
The open-plan layout with sloped ceilings and generous natural light gives the apartment its unique character. The fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven and dishwasher makes cooking easy, and from the west-facing balcony you can enjoy the evening sun — perfect for a quiet drink or morning coffee.
The sleeping alcove with its built-in bed (140 cm) is a favourite hideaway for kids, and with two proper bedrooms there's plenty of room for the whole family. Towels and cotton bed linen are always included.

Die Unterkunft von Alexander ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. <br/>Der Strand ist zu gut Fuß erreichbar und die Gegend ist sehr schön. <br/>Alexander hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und war hilfsbereit.<br/>Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment — it was perfect for four adults thanks to the two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cookware we needed, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing and cozy vacation.<br/>The area is very quiet, and the beach is just a short walk away. There’s a small grocery store about 8 minutes on foot, and a larger one only 4 minutes away by car. We also loved the restaurant at the marina (Skanör Småbåtshamn) — definitely worth a visit!

Boendet var lika fint och fräscht som på bilderna. Väldigt lugnt område och enkelt att ta sig runt i Skanör-Falsterbo och den fina sandstranden ligger gångavstånd. Köket är välrustat så man kan laga mat och njuta av måltiderna på balkongen. Ska säkert boka igen om ska komma till Falsterbo. Tack Alex för dina informativa meddelande och snabba svar!
